Air Industries Group is a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer, providing precision assemblies and components crucial for flight safety and performance. Founded in 1941, the company has established itself as a key contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense, producing essential parts for military aircraft like the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk and the Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II, as well as commercial planes from Airbus and Boeing.

Executive Leadership

• Luciano (Lou) Melluzzo, President and CEO, has been with Air Industries Group since 2017. He brings over 35 years of aerospace machining experience, previously holding leadership roles at EDAC Technologies and Polar Corporation. His expertise includes turnaround management and business restructuring.
• Scott Glassman, CFO, Principal Accounting Officer, and Secretary, has been with the company in various senior financial roles since 2007. He became CFO in 2023 and holds a CPA license in New York.
• Gary Settoducato, VP of Business Development, has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He has held significant roles within Air Industries, including Executive VP of Air Industries Machining and President of Welding Metallurgy.
• Michael Recca, Director of Strategic Projects, has been with the company for over 15 years, previously serving as CFO until 2023. He has a background in various leadership roles, including at Sky Capital Holdings Ltd. Group and Harvey Electronics, Inc.
• Peter Rettaliata, Chairman of the Board, has been a director since 2005 and Chairman since July 2023. He has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, having served in various executive capacities at Air Industries and Grumman Aerospace Corporation.
